What is included in a custom 1:1 coaching program with you?

After an initial phone or video consulation, 1:1 coaching includes:

  • A personalized workout program tailored to your goals in my app with videos for each exercise, directions for reps, sets and weight recommendations. You will not have to guess at what you are doing!
  • In app workout and habit tracking
  • In app messaging for questions during the week
  • Weekly email check-ins with education and resources to support your goals
  • Monthly video call check-ins to trouble shoot any areas that need it

How many months can I expect my coaching program to last?

Building strength and muscle takes time - so does buidling sustainable habits and routines. This isn't a quick fix 6-week journey and I ask that you give a minimum of 3 months to starting your strength training program. Most strength training goals will take closer to 6-12 months to reach, although coaching may not be necessary for the entire time.

What can I expect the workouts to be like?

Your program will be tailored to your goals so there may be variation but generally you can expect workouts to be:

  • Strength based progressive overload
  • Mobility and Power Warm-up
  • Core and Cool Down
  • Cardio recommendations are tracked and included in workouts as appropriate


Frequency and length of workouts vary greatly between clients with the goal that clients see results and stick with the routine long term!

I don't have access to a gym and only have limited equipment. Can I still participate in the program?

One of the benefits of a custom program is that we can absolutely start with what you have access to with equipment. 


That said, you may reach a point that having heavier weights will be a priority and I will work with you in deciding what equipment or set up makes the most sense for you!

How much can I expect 1:1 coaching to cost?

1:1 coaching prices range from $200-$275 per month depending on the package you choose. Lower rates are given to clients willing to commit to 3 or 6 months of coaching as that is the minimum time you will need to make progress.
